📦 Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Clearance sale items and accessories marked as “Final Sale”.
    • Any items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

How to Return:

  1. Submit Request: Share the necessary details through Exchange & Refund Form.
  2. Pack Securely: Safely pack the item along with the original invoice or Order ID. Ensure original tags are attached.
  3. Pickup: Our authorized courier partner will schedule a convenient time to collect the package from your delivery address.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Size & Style Changes: Eligible items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery, subject to current stock availability.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement immediately upon verification.
  • How to Exchange: Raise an exchange request online. Your new replacement item will be dispatched as soon as the original item is collected and scanned by our courier.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds are credited directly back to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Digital Wallet).
  • Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Whimsy Weaves will only cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

⚠️ Important Compliance Notes

  • Resalable Condition: All returned products must be in 100% resalable condition. Whimsy Weaves reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or Order ID is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or refund.
  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside our primary operating country, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and duties unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
