Availability: All orders placed on the website are subject to product availability and acceptance by Whimsy Weaves.
Payment Authorization: Full payment must be completed at the time of checkout via our authorized payment gateways (including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets).
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to stock unavailability, payment processing errors, incorrect pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Logistics: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Final transit and delivery timelines remain subject to the courier partner’s operational schedule and the customer’s location.
Customer Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Whimsy Weaves is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.
Returns & Refunds: All returns, exchanges, and refund claims are strictly governed by our dedicated Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Ownership: All content featured on this platform—including but not limited to website designs, graphics, logos, text, and product photography—is the exclusive property of Whimsy Weaves.
